Warsaw is 25 miles away. What we offer that the large OEMs do not: you know everyone, decisions are made on the floor, and you learn every process, not one station.

  • Processes. Titanium plasma spray, HA, PVD, Type II DOTIZE® and Type III color anodizing.
  • Equipment. Fully automated vacuum chamber with robotics, installed 2021.
  • Certified. ISO 13485:2016 by Intertek, FDA facility registration 3011461101.

Coating technicians start without a coating background.

Load and operate equipment, follow validated instructions, inspect parts, keep batch records. Attention to detail and reliability matter more than a résumé. Four weeks of structured training with a mentor.
